Traditional Reiki & Quantum Reiki Treatment Policies

These policies apply to Traditional Reiki Energy Healing and Quantum Reiki Soul-Psy Awakening treatments and programmes provided by SoulSpace Healing.

By purchasing or booking a treatment or programme, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

1. Reiki Energy Healing

Traditional Reiki is a complementary energy healing practice. SoulSpace Healing offers Traditional Usui Reiki Energy Healing drawing from both the Japanese Usui Reiki Ryōhō and Western Usui Shiki Ryōhō traditions.

Treatments may include Reiki energy healing, energy-field clearing, chakra clearing and balancing and intuitive treatment according to what arises during the session.

Traditional Reiki may be offered face-to-face or by distance.

2. Quantum Reiki Soul-Psy Awakening

Quantum Reiki Soul-Psy Awakening is SoulSpace Healing's consciousness-based approach to energy healing, integrating Reiki energy healing with psychology-informed awareness, trauma-sensitive nervous system support, consciousness exploration and intuitive guidance.

Depending upon the treatment, sessions may also incorporate sound, crystals, cymbals, intuitive movement, meditation or channelled Light Language.

Quantum Reiki treatments are currently provided online.

3. Distance Reiki

Distance Reiki allows Reiki Energy Healing to be received without the practitioner and recipient being physically together.

At the agreed treatment time, you are encouraged to find a quiet, comfortable place where you can sit or lie down undisturbed and become receptive to the Reiki energy.

For your safety, please do not receive a Distance Reiki treatment while driving, operating machinery or undertaking any activity requiring your full attention.

4. Intake, Consent & Client Responsibility

Before your first treatment, you may be required to complete a short intake and consent form. Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and inform SoulSpace Healing of any relevant changes before subsequent treatments.

You remain responsible for your own health, wellbeing, decisions and actions before, during and following your treatment.

If you have a medical or psychological condition requiring professional care, Reiki should be used alongside, rather than instead of, appropriate professional support.

5. Your Reiki Experience

Every person's experience of Reiki is individual.

During or following treatment, you may experience deep relaxation, warmth, coolness, tingling, energetic movement, emotional release, imagery, colours, increased awareness, insight, stillness or sleep. You may also experience Reiki much more subtly.

Sleep during or following Reiki can provide a deeply receptive space in which the conscious mind becomes quieter and deeper subconscious and energetic clearing may unfold without the usual conscious resistance.

You do not need to experience any particular sensation for your Reiki treatment to be meaningful.

6. Intuitive Guidance & Treatment Feedback

During Traditional Reiki and Quantum Reiki treatments, Bola may intuitively receive impressions, guidance, imagery or messages relating to your healing experience.

Where relevant, these may be shared with you during or following your treatment.

Any intuitive information shared is offered for your personal reflection and discernment. It should not be interpreted as medical diagnosis, psychological assessment, legal or financial advice.

7. After Your Treatment

Allow yourself time to integrate your treatment. You may wish to rest, drink water, spend some quiet time alone, journal or simply notice what unfolds over the hours and days that follow.

Some people experience changes immediately, while for others the effects of energy healing unfold more gradually.

Please seek appropriate professional healthcare advice for any new, persistent or concerning physical or psychological symptoms rather than assuming that they are caused by Reiki.

8. Prices & Special Offers

Prices are those displayed on the SoulSpace Healing website or confirmed at the time of booking.

SoulSpace Healing reserves the right to change its prices and to offer occasional promotions, introductory offers, packages, scholarships or discounts.

Any subsequent change in price does not alter the price of a treatment or programme that has already been purchased.

Promotional treatments may carry specific conditions, including a period within which the treatment must be used. These conditions will be stated when the offer is made.

9. Payment

Payment is required to secure your treatment or programme unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed.

Where an instalment plan is agreed for a Quantum Reiki programme, payment of the first instalment represents your commitment to the full programme and its total agreed fee. Remaining instalments are payable on the dates specified at purchase or on your invoice.

If an instalment payment fails, SoulSpace Healing will contact you to arrange payment. Sessions and programme access may be paused until outstanding payments are brought up to date.

10. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Individual Reiki and Quantum Reiki Treatments

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@soulspacehealing.com.

Where at least 48 hours' notice is provided, you may choose either:

to reschedule your treatment once without charge, subject to availability; or

to cancel your treatment and receive a 50% refund of the treatment fee.

Where a cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before the scheduled treatment, no refund will be provided.

Missed treatments and no-shows are non-refundable.

Where SoulSpace Healing needs to cancel a treatment and a suitable alternative appointment cannot be agreed, you will receive a full refund for the treatment cancelled by SoulSpace Healing.

Promotional Distance Reiki Treatments

Treatments purchased as part of a time-limited offer must be booked and received within the validity period stated when purchased.

For the current limited Distance Reiki offer, treatments must be received within three months of purchase.

Treatments that are not used within the applicable validity period expire and are non-refundable, except where SoulSpace Healing has been unable to provide the purchased treatment.

Quantum Reiki Soul-Psy Awakening Program

Your program booking reserves dedicated practitioner time and space over the agreed treatment period.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@soulspacehealing.com.

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the 8 week programme begins, 50% of the total programme fee is refundable.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the programme start time or after the programme has begun, no refund will be provided.

Where instalments have been agreed, cancellation after the non-refundable point does not automatically cancel outstanding payments forming part of the agreed programme fee.

Individual appointments within an ongoing programme may be rescheduled once where at least 48 hours' notice is provided, subject to availability and the agreed programme period.

If SoulSpace Healing cancels or is unable to complete a programme, any refund due will be calculated in relation to services not provided.

11. Results & Personal Responsibility

Reiki and Quantum Reiki are deeply individual experiences. The nature, timing and extent of any changes experienced vary from person to person.

SoulSpace Healing does not guarantee a particular physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, energetic, financial, relationship or other life outcome following a treatment or programme.

You remain responsible for the choices and actions you take as a result of your experience or any personal insights arising through the work.

12. Confidentiality

Information shared during private treatments and programmes is treated respectfully and confidentially, subject to applicable law and any circumstances in which disclosure may be legally required or necessary to address a serious and immediate safeguarding concern.

Your personal treatment experiences will not be publicly identified without your permission.

13. Testimonials & Marketing

SoulSpace Healing may invite you to share feedback or a testimonial following your experience.

Soulspace Healing reserves the right to use experiences shared with sessions and programmes anonymously for marketing purposes.

Your photographs or face in a video will not be publicly attributed to you for marketing purposes without your permission.

Where you give permission for your photogragh or face in a video to be used, you may request that it is published anonymously or with limited identifying information.

14. Intellectual Property

All original SoulSpace Healing materials provided as part of Quantum Reiki Soul-Psy Awakening, including written materials, recordings, exercises, meditations, frameworks and other programme resources, remain the intellectual property of SoulSpace Healing unless expressly stated otherwise.

Materials supplied for your personal use may not be copied, reproduced, taught, sold, distributed, uploaded publicly, shared with third parties or adapted for commercial use without prior written permission.

15. Changes to These Terms

SoulSpace Healing may update these policies from time to time to reflect changes in its services, professional practice or legal requirements.

The terms applying to a purchase will ordinarily be those in effect when the booking or purchase was made, except where a subsequent change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.

We are committed to respecting your privacy, protecting your personal information and giving you appropriate control over how your information is used.

Information provided when booking or receiving a treatment may be used to administer your booking, provide your treatment, maintain appropriate practitioner records and communicate with you about the service you have purchased.

Where you have consented to receive marketing communications, we may also contact you about SoulSpace Healing services, programmes and offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided.

Information relating to your health, wellbeing or treatment is treated with particular care and will not be used publicly for marketing without your permission.

Traditional Reiki Energy Healing and Quantum Reiki Soul-Psy Awakening are complementary approaches to healing, wellbeing and personal development.

They do not provide medical or psychological diagnosis and are not intended to replace medical treatment, prescribed medication, psychotherapy or advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
