1. PRICE: Our prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to run regular promotions, special offers and / or make scholarships and discounts available to potential clients at our discretion.

2. CANCELLATIONS:

2.1. Program Cancel

Cancellation request must be made in writing to info@soulspacehealing.com at least 48hrs before your program start time and refund is subject to a 50% charge of the program fee. No refunds will be made for program cancellation requests made within 48 hours of program start.

2.2. Session Rescheduling (Within 24 Hours):

You can reschedule any week session at least 24 hours before session start, for a mutually available week day time in the same week.

2.3. No-Shows:

If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.4. Rescheduling:

Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.

Multiple reschedules may require an additional fee.

​This honours both the practitioner’s time and the client’s commitment to your healing journey while allowing for flexibility in genuine cases of emergency. 

3. FAILED PAYMENTS: If your payment or card is declined for any reason (insufficient credit, closed, expired, or other reason), we will contact you on the same day to update your payment information. You agree to do so within 1 business day. Failure to update your account payment information will cancel your program 

4. REFUNDS: No refunds will be given once the program starts. Healing is an energetic exchange, and once the session begins, the energy is set in motion. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by booking with us, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance. Because of the nature of our service delivery, we have a strict no-refunds policy. once the program has started.

5. PRIVACY POLICY : We are committed to giving you control over your personal data and keeping it safe.
We will use the email you provide to us to send you messages about your bookings, our services or offers. If you ever change your mind just click on the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send and we will only send you emails regarding your bookings with us.
