Welcome to SMITT Timeline Healing Course
This is a 7 Day Self Study that culminates on the 7th Day with a Timeline Energy Healing session.
This course will allow you deepen your connection with the healer you already are,
You will engage with various parts of your past self in this particular lifetime. Bear in mind that our timeline is not linear, but we perceive it to be so.
This course is based on the quantum physics principle of nonlocality. One way of stating this principle is as follows: You have an infinite number of selves, one for every moment in Creation, and there are an infinite number of moments. All these selves exist in this eternal now moment. Basically, there are infinite versions of you that you experience in a linear fashion over this particular lifetime.
We will focus at the start on the inner child because of the core imprints of our inner child self that persist, to form dominant themes for a lifetime.
It is important to note that going back in time is not about changing the physical details of the past self’s experience, as this would be a violation of the free will of other souls involved in the past self’s creations. Instead, the purpose is to change the past self’s perception of what happened and to remove the emotional scars, astral implants, etheric imprints and causal body blockages that resulted.
How the course works
Day 1: 0-10yrs (primary education years)
- Journal for 10 minutes (or more ), about you at this time: what do you remember most about this time in your life.
Write about all that comes to mind about this time. The good, the not so good and the downright toxic. Write freely, no holding back and no judgement.
- Then hold an image of a past self within this time and do a short, (20 secs to a minute) video of yourself telling this past self "I love you".

- Now Listen to the 1 min Inner child "I accept you" guided meditation audio below. and follow the instructions.

- Drink water to refresh and rejuvenate. Be gentle with yourself.

Day 2: 11-16 yrs (secondary education years)

Day 7: Guided Meditation for Timeline Healing
This will be done during your weekly session with me.
After the 7 days, you would have transformed your experience in multiple aspects of your past self at mind, body and spirit levels. You will immediately experience more uplifting present thoughts, feelings as well as more positively balanced interactions with others.
